Mathura
Branch of CIRC of The Institute of Chartered Accountants
of India was set up at the holy land of Lord Krishana,
Mathura on 14th February, 1999 by then President of the
institute Shri S. P. Chhajed Ji. The strength of the
members was only 108 at that time. Now the strength of
the members is around 204. Mathura Branch has a unique
feature in all over the India. Mathura Branch is the
only branch of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of
India, which comprises two states, namely Uttar Pradesh
and Rajsthan and three districts, namely Mathura,
Hathras (Mahamaya Nagar) and Bharatpur.
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India is
running examination centre at Mathura. More than 500
students of Chartered Accountancy course are giving
examinations every year. Mathura Branch is going to
construct its own building very soon.
Mathura, being a playing place of Lord Krishna, has a
rich cultural heritage. People of Mathura are very
religious. Due to its historic background, there are
many temples. Many religious festivals like Janamastami,
Holi & Savan Mahotsav are celebrated herewith great
devotion & Jubilation. This town has a lot of Tourists
Coming from all over the country and even from abroad.
Mathura is pious place which fills us with tranquility
and grace. It evolves with legends of Radha - Krishna.
It is a land which is the abode of Gods and the evolved
souls of the human race. Mathura is a part of a sacred
geography that covers Brijbhoomi and sits as the focus
of Brijbhoomi. This town carries all the modern
amenities and infrastructure. It is far away from the
pollution of industries etc. and crops out of a natural
setting. |
